falls a lot from the ear. i use it a lot in the gym and every time i have to keep trying to adjust it so i don't fall, and it often falls! otherwise, the product is very good. unmatched sound quality!

i bought these earbuds to avoid having to deal with wires, especially while mowing the lawn and stuff like that. these earbuds are perfect for that and everything else really. about 5 or 6 months after purchase, the left earbud got really quiet. i called customer service and within a week i had a replacement set. the ambient sound is really helpful, especially while at work, and the features available like the gaming mode is really good for watching youtube videos with very little to no audio lag. just make sure to clean them often to remove wax build-up and actually read the warranty information and the earbuds will be perfect. they also come with different sized ear tips.

really love these. awesome features. 2 problems, however. scared of getting them wet either through sweat it rain. if in working out and it rains, as it often does in florida, these could be ruined. aldi battery life of case is horrible. i bought a no name pair of tws earbuds that can be submerged in water while playing and the case has a huge battery that can last for months. if these buds had those features, samsung would be unstoppable. just a thought...

i use these headphones quite often. i think its great i can hear whats going on around me when i need to and can shut everything out when i want to.
my only complaint is the high screech noise putting them in your ears or taking them out.

i've had these buds+ for about 2 weeks and the sound quality has been pretty good for audio and streaming video.
no audio lag when streaming video lag was not noticeable.
they do a good job at blocking out ambient noise when listening to music.
touch controls have been easy to use and respond as advertised.
call quality was ok but i would not use for buisness meetings.
battery life is short of the advertised length but i normally get about 2-3 days of use before the buds and case are dead.
for the normal $150 price tag i would not purchase them but as they came free with a phone that was deeply discounted i'm not going to complain. they do sound better than the $20 tws headphones i was using.

these little buds are great. they have excellent sound for their size but the bass could be better. the sound quality is spotty and fades inand out when connected to my older vizio smart tv through bluetooth; which is disappointing because that was my main reason for buying them but they connect seamlessly to my galaxy s10+ and sound quality is excellent. the wireless charger works great as long as you keep it charged. i like the fact i can use my phone to wirelessly charge the case.

only good thing is the ambiance feature.

can only connect to one device at once, my last ear buds were half the price and connected to multiple devices at once.
the process of switching device is a huge hassel
find my buds doesn't help at all!
buts constantly turn off or won't turn on until i take it out and put it back in and twist or play around with it.
the touch pads are much too sensitive, when laying down, stretching or working out if my arms touch the buds will stop music or videos. sometimes walking too hard triggers touch commands
and right bud just stopped working

what is and sets these ear buds above the rest is they talk to you. they let you know who's calling, if the call is a possible scam, if you missed the call, they tell you about messages coming in and emails if you want. overall i think they're the best ones out there and i've had quite a few. there also very comfortable and fit well.

the bud+ are excellent and the gear app that comes with them makes the buds+ easy to use.
my only concern is when i pair it with my active2 watch (left wrist), the bluetooth connection seems to go in and out when i am out jogging. i can switch the active2 to my right wrist and the buds+ sound perfect.
i've had the iconx, and buds live and none of those earbuds seem to fit and stay in my ear when i jog. the wings on the buds+ are large enough for my ears to stay snug in my ears (without the feeling they'll fall out).
with the exception of the bt audio dipping in and out when connected to my active2, these are the best truly wireless earbuds i've ever used. (so much so i bought 2 pairs:)

these buds are definitely an amazing choice if you are looking for wireless earbuds. the sound and battery life is amazing, they look incredible and the touch controls are super convenient. the only problem i had was after a while they started to hurt my ears but other than that i think they are worth the money.

best sound i've ever had on a headset! i was worried about being able to be heard on calls, but i've not had one person complain. i was impressed by the battery life, at work i can get through a long shift without having to recharge! they fit snuggly and connect before i can even get them in my ears! wish i'd picked them up months ago.

the worst part, which others have said is how intrusive they are, wanting way too much access to personal information. can't activate them without that. i just want to listen to music, you don't need my info. practically no bass at all, even with bass boost turned on. since all functions are activated by touch, every time you touch them to adjust their fit (which is a lot) they react to your touch. several pieces are included to improve fit, but they didn't help me so much.

these buds started off amazing!!!! great clarity for phone calls and my callers no longer complain of background noise! the button function is super easy and playback sound is also great!
so why only one star? when i first purchased these you could program the third button push to a number of different items including bixby or voice activation. it was wonderful because i use google assistant for all my voice activation. well...about a month after the purchase (after the return date expired) samsung did an update and removed the option for "voice activation". you can only choose bixby now. so horrible!!! i understand that you want to promote your own programs but don't remove options just because your program isn't doing well. wish i could return them.

the sound is great. however, i lost a bud and they don't let you buy one replacement bud. they purposely charge you more to "fix the situation" than the pair of a new set itself. airpods let you buy one pod to replace a lost one. stay away from these. if only i knew this sooner i wouldn't have got them.

The first few months with these earbuds were awesome, but overtime they just become kind of trash honestly. The sound is not the same no matter how much you properly clean them, the fittings wear out pretty fast especially if you use them for working out so you have to put different fittings on in which they don't fit as well so you have to deal with that. On top of all of those things the power sucks. In the beginning I could maybe get 7 hours of talk/play time, now I'm lucky if I get 4 hours. Listening to a 2 hour podcast and maybe an hour of music and the buds are beeping to be charged up. I've always been a Samsung person and will continue to be but these earbuds were not the best purchase I've made. Looking for replacement buds now.

Glad i got these after the previous generation. I am able to take calls, listen to my music, and hear whats around me. Only quirk that i notice is that when I turn my head left it starts to cut while my phone is in the right pocket. Also seems to happen at certain places sometimes but still good so far.

I bought these maybe 2 weeks ago and they are the worst for iPhone, they disconnect all the time. The battery life is not the best but it is not the worst I have had. I have to reboot them at least twice a week. I was trying to avoid buying the AirPods because I don't like the fit, looks like that's the way to go. I just wasted money.

Where to start...? Let's start with the sound quality, it's not good. I have had lot's of different buds that sound way better than these, with a much smaller price tag. These are comparable to the sound achieved by soup cans and a string. No low end response and the highs are washed out. If you like listening to good quality lossless files, these are not for you. If you like to listen to mp3 files with a bit rate of 16, these might be what you are looking for.
As far as volume, there is none. These things produce no volume. My idea of wanting ear buds is to drown out outside noise and hear my music. Even with the ridiculous ambient feature turned off, and trying all of the "EQ" settings, these things couldn't drown out a low volume TV in the next room. Trying to use these in a high noise area isn't even an option.
So, of course the next step is to try swapping out the tips and wings to see if a possible better fit might help. Sadly, no. But then you reach up to give them a little push to try to get them to seat better in your ear and the touch pads take over and pause/skip/back up the track that you were trying to listen to. So then you have to unlock your phone, navigate to the app, and lock the touch pads just so that you can try to adjust the fit. The same thing happens if you are doing any sort of activity, as soon as you try to adjust the fit you pause or skip your track. I would imagine that a lot of engineering went into the design, function, and sound of these things, and in my opinion, the engineers failed on all three counts.
All in all, a total disappointment. And couple this with the "greatest phone with the greatest camera" on the planet (you know the one that can't focus) and the disappointment continues. I used to be a big fan of Samsung and their products, but I will probably never purchase another Samsung branded item again.

I purchased the Galaxy Buds+ in Red with the $200 Samsung cash I received for pre-ordering the S20 Ultra (another great device by the way) for my husband. He already owned the original Galaxy Buds in Black as a Christmas gift from me and the kids and is in love with those.
He now uses both sets of buds and loves the quality sound on both. He's trying to convince me to get a pair but I am 100% satisfied with the original buds in black I have.

I've been sceptical as many exaggerated thier products. I'm a long runner, gym guy, long beach Walker, and love just listening to music all day long and let me say, these will offer quality sound, battery power, ease and great function of use every time. The batter life is outstanding and sound is great for me. I ran a marathon with these on and for once, an ear bud that stayed in and didnt hurt my small ears.

I ordered my boyfriend and i the cloud blue galaxy buds plus, we just got them in the mail today. They sound amazing and sound better than my yellow galaxy buds, definitely a good purchase. I cant't wait to use them more, but so far im loving them . My boyfriend absoultely loves them, soon as they came in he started using them. Thank you samsung for making another good product.
