Great performance I admit. I am a bachelor who doesnt like doing chores. so this vacuum is really good when you don't have a lot of furniture and obstacles in its way. but I would not recommend. I keep having battery malfunctions every year where it stops charging. and the warranty is only one year. so my vaccum right now is a giant paperweight.

I bought this from Target in November 0f 2016, but didn't start using until March of 2017, after our home renovations. One of the wheels broke and we were told it wasn't worthing fixing, by an authorized repaid company.

I bought the Samsung WiFi stove and love it. It heats up quickly and I love the notification it sends me when my temperature is ready. I wish I could control the stove top.

Great vacuum for the money. It does a real nice job navigating our home and works great on solid surfaces and rugs. A little touchy/sensitive to the stray toy or balloon, and yet has very good performance on both low and high settings. I really like its wide design, because it means less time running, but it is so wide it does not fit under standard chairs and stools.

Worked ok for 3 months but stated having issues after 90 days. Samsung support is terrible and warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on. Do not waste your money on this.

I really wanted to like this thing. It randomly turns off then runs in circles confused. It can never find it's base station and I have to retrieve it. Because it has no rubber bumper, it has white marks all around the baseboard height. I'm past my return period or I would return this thing in a second. When it does work, it cleans really well, assuming it can find it's way. I am REALLY dissapointed in this and am having major buyer's remorse (I am listening to it bang against things as we speak.) STAY AWAY!

What did you do today honey? I vacuumed... This is a great product. As mentioned by another, a timing feature would be nice. I paid half of the price the other robotic vacuums I considered. This one does a great job. I have 3 shedding dogs, 2 shedding cats and no time to clean everyday. I do now!
Thanks to Samsung for a winning product. I tout it to all my friends with furry friends.
Lastly I was a little disheartened when I saw the brush fill up, until I saw how easily I could clean it. Awesome vacuum cleaner!!

This vacuum gets stuck under chairs and shelves. The sensors are no good it slams into chairs and pushes them across the room. Anything in its way gets sucked into the vacuum and stalls it out. Thought this was an upgrade but I would not tell anyone to get this.

This machine is so great. The performance is top notch and it looks sleek and futuristic. Sound level is relatively low, considering the amount of dirt it picks up. The only complaint I have is there is no scheduling function, i.e. you have to manually start it when you want it to clean. This isn't a deal breaker, but it's such a nice surprise when you come home and the house looks like the maid has been there. :) As high tech as this device is, including a clock/timer would not have been that difficult. Overall it gets an 'A' from me.

Works as promised. Cleans vwey well, especially spot clean.
However, it is a bit clunky and weird to pick up and take upstairs to clean 2nd floor.
The base/charging station doesn't light up, whatsoever.
Otherwise works well and charges.

Bought this as a Christmas present for my family. I am really impressed how it cleans. We are a 2 dog family and it is a joy to turn on the vacuum and head of to do something else. When I return, everything is cleaner than when I left. Just Awesome!!!
Our powerboat has now become part of the family and has lovingly been named "Bertoli". I swear the thing has a personality at times. It does require some normal maintenance such as emptying the bin after each use and cleaning the beater bar about once a week. Remember to clean the dust filter. (I didn't realize that at first.)

I have been doing a bunch of research on different robot vacuums. Started with the most well known Roomba. Trying to figure out witch to get, then I found this little JEM.
Man am I glad Samsung makes every thing cool. Going through forum after forum. The biggest complaint about this POWERbot R9000 was the noise.
I have to disagree. The noise is minimal. Nowhere near as loud as what the forums where complaining about.
Intelligence: I have to say I am impressed with its ability to map and locate where it is in each of the different rooms as it crosses boundaries.
Obstacle avoidance: Its ability to avoid obstacles is pretty neat, although not perfect. It will occasionally hit something, but if it does, it is at best a light tap. No danger what so ever of causing even cosmetic damage. I did notice that some colors on some carpets will cause it to think it is at a cliff's edge and stop abruptly. I can't get it to clean a complete area rug due to this and had to relocate the rug to a less trafficked room. That being said, I have been unable to get it to fall down a flight of stairs, but not for a lack of trying either.
Additionally, if it get wedged into a tight spot, such as under a table with all the chairs pushed in, it will have a hard time finding its way out. It is not a good maze navigator. I will spend far too much time stuck in an area before determining that the location is clean and uses too much battery power.
Go Home: With that mapping ability in place, I have been able to get it to find it's way home most of the time. Really cool cause I can start it, leave the house, and when I come home, my floors are clean, and Sammy is in his charge port. Nice to have a maid.
However, if you start it on a different level of the house by manually carrying it there, when it finishes vacuuming, it will attempt to go home and never find it's base. I have had a couple times where it would "give up" looking and park itself under some chair or table and I have a hard time playing "hide-and-seek" to find it. Would be handy if the remote was RC instead of IR. That way I could initiate a beep or tone to help locate it.
Over all, I really like this product.

This vacuum went up and over several area rugs, wall to wall carpet and vinyl flooring, no problem thanks to the larger rear wheels. Did a good job of covering all of the floor area where it had been and was surprised at the amount of dirt it picked up. Easy to empty the dust container. My husband was impressed, that doesn't happen very often. Easy to use, charge and you're ready to go no complicated programming. Like the remote, no need to bend down to push the function buttons.

I decided to go with this basic model since this is my first purchase of this kind and it's far from basic compared to the competition. The fact that it has a camera and mapping was a huge draw. I've never had it get stuck and it always returns to the base without a hitch. The dust bin is easy to clean as well as the combo brush. This model doesn't have the wifi features or scheduling but we just set it to go and the job is done once we return home.

Never saw the need for robot vacuums. But now I see what all the hub bub is about. It really saves you time. The robot vacuum doesn't need you to watch it. If it runs into a problem, you can hear it with its alert sounds.
Robot vacuums are for people on the go or people who feel they have no time to vacuum. It is a great help to have. It is easy to clean and maintain.
When you take it for a spin, you will be a believer in robot vacuums too.
